ESPN College Football 2010 Rebrand

There hasn’t been much to celebrate (football-wise) in the last few years for my beloved UCLA Bruins from Westwood, but nonetheless I shall be cheering them on faithfully from across the pond. Here’s the latest from the ESPN College Football brand, as visioned by Troika. The concept, Mania, is described as a “frenetic visual interpretation of the excitement and anticipation surrounding the College Football season”.

    Nice work. Interesting to see how the American channels approach sports branding. Quite the opposite from the European channel promos/design.
